Rebecca is a longtime yoga practitioner, studying yoga asana and pranayama for over 35 years. Rebecca is also a yoga teacher and has been teaching postures, breathing, and philosophy since 1997. Her style of teaching yoga reflects a diversity of knowledge gained through the study of various forms of yoga. Within an atmosphere of playful self-discovery, she encourages her students to investigate their own bodies and minds, to explore their strengths and weaknesses, and to grow from those explorations. She has studied Sanskrit since 1996 and holds a PhD in South Asia Philosophy and Religion (2014) with a concentrate in Yoga Studies.
